 Atalaya Old and New
Your package includes a limited package on Atalaya Old Course, one of the best walking courses on the Costa del Sol AND unlimited golf on Atalaya New course, including a shared buggy
Set against the stunning backdrop of the Sierra Blanca mountains, its two magnificent 18-hole courses - the Atalaya Old Course and the Atalaya New Course - are lined with mature eucalyptus trees, cactus and palms and pink and white azaleas that fill the air with an unforgettable and intoxicating scent.
Atalaya owes much of its charm and beauty to the fact that it was created back in 1968, before the rash of golf urbanisation development that has seen courses spring up all over the Costa del Sol. It was a slower pace of life in those days, when the design of a golf course was the priority rather than packing in the apartments on the edge of every fairway.
The old course is a walkers dream and one of the best on the Costa del Sol. The New course is a little tighter, but still an excellent test of golf and unlimited use of a shared buggy is included. This is a fantastic option and one we would highly recommend.
 Your Apartment
We have a wide selection of apartment types. All of our apartments are inspected by live & Play representatives before being accepted into our scheme. Where possible, we try to source apartments that we believe will surprise our clients on arrival. We have apartments in town and slightly removed, all are of a good standard and offer Live & Play guests every home comfort.
Guests choosing a one month lifestyle package will automatically receive a two bedroom apartment, approximately 15 to 20 minutes drive from Atalaya Golf.

A personal golf coach is available for group lessons every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, these sessions are complementary for Live & Play guests (Range balls not included). Coaching starts at 11:00 on Monday and 10:00 every Wednesday and Friday, lessons are for 1 hour.
After qualifying in America, US PGA Professional "Richard McHardy" returned to the UK to develop his teaching skills and work as a Professional in and around London for the last 10 years.
In that time he has worked with some big names such as Butch Harmon, Nick Faldo, Justin Rose and Nike.
Now Richard has moved his focus to the South of Spain where he is using modern day techniques and state of the art technology to vastly improve players abilities.

 Live & Play's Massage Therapist
Maria is a Spanish trained physiotherapist, providing Therapeutic Massage for Live & Play clients.
Unlimited golf can lead to a few aches and pains, it is always nice to know there is a professionally trained therapist on hand to alleviate those stiff joints, just in time for tomorrows round of golf.

 Golf Clubs for Hire & Electric Trolleys
There are all sorts of issues and charges involved when transporting your own golf clubs to Spain, so why bother.
